Wristbandit is a resale marketplace, not the primary ticket provider. Prices are set by sellers and may be above face value. Resale Policy

Short version: we list only tickets we have checked, you pay the price you see, and we stand behind delivery. The long version follows and is the one that counts.

1. Who we are

MERCHBANDIT OÜ (trading as “Wristbandit”; “we”, “us”) is a private limited company (osaühing) under Estonian law, registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under registry code 16804278 on 24 August 2023, registered office at Kütise tn 5-4, 76505 Saue, Saue vald, Harju maakond, Estonia. Principal activity: EMTAK 46191 — agents involved in the sale of a variety of goods. Email: hello@wristbandit.online. VAT number: [EE VAT number, if registered].

We operate the website https://wristbandit.online (the “Platform”), a curated resale marketplace for concert and event tickets. “Wristbandit” is the trade name of MERCHBANDIT OÜ.

2. What Wristbandit does — and what it is not

Wristbandit is an intermediary. Tickets sold on the Platform are offered by third-party sellers (“Partners”) who own the tickets and have the right to transfer them. We verify Partners and their tickets before listing, collect the payment on the Partner's behalf, deliver the ticket to you and provide the Wristbandit Guarantee described in the Resale Policy.

Wristbandit is not the event organiser, the venue or the original ticket issuer. The event itself — its date, line-up, venue rules, age limits, cancellations — is the organiser's responsibility. The original organiser's terms apply to entry.

3. Definitions

  • “Buyer”, “you”: a consumer purchasing a ticket through the Platform.
  • “Partner”, “Seller”: a person or business approved under the Partner Programme who offers tickets on the Platform.
  • “Order”: your purchase of one or more tickets of one ticket type for one event, identified by an order ID in the form WB-XXXXXX.
  • “Ticket”: a unique entitlement to attend an event, identified by a ticket ID in the form TKT-XXXXXXX and delivered as a file (PDF or PNG) in your account.
  • “Wristband”: the Platform's name for a Ticket shown in your account (“My wristbands”).

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to buy on the Platform. Some events have their own age restrictions, shown on the event page; the organiser enforces them at the door.

An account is created for you with your first Order using the email address you enter. You set a password through a link we email you. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account. Two-factor authentication is available in Security and we recommend it.

We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, automated purchasing, resale in breach of these Terms, or attempts to bypass our controls.

5. Listings and prices

Every listing shows the artist or event, city, date, venue, ticket type, the zone the ticket gives access to and the price. Maps are zone overviews, not seat maps; where a seat number exists it is printed on the ticket itself.

Prices are set by the Partner within limits we apply and are shown in the event's currency. The price you see on the checkout page is the total price: no booking, service or delivery fees are added at the last step.

Availability shown on the Platform (“AVAILABLE”, “LAST BAND”, “SOLD OUT”, “NOT AVAILABLE”) reflects verified inventory at that moment. Starting checkout holds the selected tickets for you for a limited time (shown as a countdown); if you do not complete payment in time, the hold is released.

Demo listings (marked “DEMO”) are illustrative only and are not for sale.

6. Ordering and contract formation

Your Order is placed when you press “Pay” after reviewing the summary. The contract for the ticket is concluded when we confirm the payment (order confirmation email). Until then no contract exists and we may decline an Order, for example where inventory could not be secured, where fraud is suspected or where the event can no longer be resold lawfully.

We send the order confirmation, the ticket files and any later notices to the email address you gave. Please keep it accurate; you can change it in your account (Profile).

Orders are limited to a maximum number of tickets per Order and per customer per event, shown at checkout, to keep tickets with real fans.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment service provider [Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.] under its own terms. We never see or store your full card number. Accepted methods are shown at checkout.

Your payment is only considered received when our payment provider confirms it to us. If confirmation fails or the payment is reversed, the Order is cancelled and the tickets are released.

While card payments are being connected, the checkout may run in a clearly labelled TEST MODE in which no money is charged and no real ticket is transferred. Orders placed in test mode have no legal effect.

8. Delivery

Tickets are delivered to your account (My wristbands) and by email. Most tickets are delivered within minutes of payment. Where an organiser releases e-tickets close to the event date, the event page says so and we deliver as soon as the Partner hands the ticket over; you receive an email the moment it is available.

Ticket files are stored privately and served only to you through signed links after you sign in. Do not share screenshots of a ticket: a barcode admits one person once.

9. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off) — important

Under Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Estonia by § 53 (4) 7²) of the Law of Obligations Act (võlaõigusseadus, VÕS), the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days does not apply to leisure services for which the contract sets a specific date or period of performance — this includes event tickets. By pressing “Pay” you acknowledge that your Order is for a leisure event on a specific date and that the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.

This does not affect your rights where the event is cancelled, where we fail to deliver a valid ticket, or under the Resale Policy.

10. Cancelled, rescheduled or changed events

If the organiser cancels the event, you receive a refund of the price paid under the Resale Policy. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket normally remains valid for the new date; if you cannot attend the new date, contact us before the event through Need a hand? and we will look for a replacement buyer or a refund in line with the Resale Policy.

Changes in line-up, running order, set times or supporting acts do not entitle you to a refund unless the organiser's own policy provides otherwise.

11. Wristbandit Guarantee

If a problem caused by Wristbandit results in you being unable to use a valid ticket bought on the Platform — for example the ticket is not delivered in time, is invalid, or a duplicate is used — we will provide a comparable replacement ticket where feasible, or refund the price paid. Details and the claims process are in the Resale Policy.

The Guarantee does not cover: refusal of entry for reasons under your control (age limits, prohibited items, behaviour, late arrival); event changes decided by the organiser; loss of a ticket file after delivery; or tickets bought outside the Platform.

12. Reselling and transfers

Tickets you buy are for your own use or for people attending with you. You may not resell tickets bought on the Platform except through the Platform under the Partner Programme. Ticket transferability and resale rules differ by organiser and country; where a ticket cannot be resold lawfully, it is not listed.

Partners are bound by the Partner Terms (proof of purchase, payment from their own bank account, transferable and non-duplicated tickets) and by applicable local rules on resale and pricing.

13. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate contact details and keep them up to date.
  • Do not use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to buy tickets.
  • Do not attempt to access other customers' data, tickets or accounts, or to interfere with the Platform.
  • Comply with the venue's and organiser's rules of entry.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breach of mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, our liability to you for any Order is limited to the price paid for that Order. We are not liable for the event itself, for the organiser's or venue's acts or omissions, or for indirect losses such as travel and accommodation costs, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

15. Complaints, disputes and applicable law

Write to us first: support@wristbandit.online or the Need a hand? button on the site. We aim to reply within a few hours and to resolve complaints within 14 days.

If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with our answer, you may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet, TTJA, Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, info@ttja.ee, www.ttja.ee), or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers in other EU countries may also use the alternative dispute resolution body of their own country; the European Consumer Centre network (ECC-Net) can help with cross-border complaints.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live are not affected. Disputes are heard by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Estonia, unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue in your own country.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. The version in force at the time of your Order applies to that Order. We show the date of the last change at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
